Job Description: Cook positions are available in all aspects of the resort’s culinary department including banquets, pastry and restaurants (both fine dining and bistro-style restaurants). Opportunities are available to gain experience in more than one aspect of the culinary department. Work under the direction of the resort’s awarding winning Executive Chef Bill Brodsky graduated with honors from the Culinary Institute of America. The resort offers New England Regional Cuisine to its leisure, group and catering guests. The resort’s facilities include two newly renovated distinct and celebrated restaurants and four new state of the art kitchens. Compliance with HAACP requirements is required. Previous work or culinary school experience is required.
